Yme

Yme was the ROV developed in 2023. Yme competed in both TAC Challenge 2023 and MATE 2023 in Colorado. It won TAC Challenge 2023

2022

Fenris

The ROV Fenris was developed by 21 students, which make up nine different teams, working on separate tasks to achieve the common goal of designing an ROV and a float for the MATE ROV World Championship 2022. The competition was held at the Long Beach City College, California.

Hymir

Hymir was developed by 16 skilled students for an ROV competition organized by MATE. The competition was held at East Tennessee State University, USA. Unfortunately the team was unable to attend MATE ROV competition due to covid restrictions, therefore the competition was replaced with TAC Challenge 2021 in Tau, Norway.

“Nameless” was developed by 10 skilled students for an ROV competition organized by MATE. The competition was held at Kingsport Aquatic center Tennessee, USA June 20-22, 2019

Ægir is developed by over 20 students for an ROV competition organized by MATE. The competition was held at the NASA Johnson Space Center, in the Neutral Buoyancy Lab in Houston Texas, USA June 23-25, 2016

Tor was the second ROV developed by UiS Subsea, and participated in the MATE competition at St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada in the summer of 2015
