The Next generation
What we do
We have a number of solid partners on board.
Our focus is on building the best remote-controlled and autonomous subsea ROV, while creating an environment for innovation and motivate students to participate in major multidisciplinary projects.
As a member you’ll build a broad network with other students with similar interests. Throughout the year we arrange social events and teambuilding across the projects.
Our team consist of electronics- and machine engineers, computer science, and economics students.
The organization is structured as a company. That way, our students will gain work related
experience to add to their personal CV.
UiS Subsea has its own office at the university and offers several social gatherings, team building and competitions abroad with the other members on the team. As a UiS Subsea student, you become a very attractive employee in the business world, and companies takes regular contact to advertise positions internally for our students.
